実際のところ、それは私が常に警戒を怠らず、自分が何者であり、どのような存在であるのかを忘れないことを意味します。そして、全能の力を持つ存在に日々助けを求めることでもあります。また、それは他のアルコホーリクとつながり、メッセージを分かち合い、私たちがシラフで生きているという奇跡を共に祝うことを意味します。

Hi ESH friends,
It's great to be with you for another meeting... and thanks to George for leading us this week.. I'm grateful for your service to our group...
I suppose the way I try to "work my program" is about living a decent life, based on the principles and tools I discovered when I got to the rooms and learned about in the working of the 12 Steps. I don't do this perfectly, ever - but I keep trying, a la:
" No one among us has been able to maintain anything like perfect adherence to these principles. We are not saints. The point is, that we are willing to grow along spiritual lines. The principles we have set down are guides to progress. We claim spiritual progress rather than spiritual perfection."
In practical terms it means I stay vigilant and remember who .. and what I am... daily asking for help from the One who has almighty power. It means I stay connected with other alcoholics to share the message and join in celebrating the miracle of us living sober lives.
In short... I guess I work my program by looking for ways to grow and to share with others a message of hope.
