Hello all,
The good idea of adding service sponsors to the sponsors list was recently approved via the business meeting. A service sponsor is someone with experience in service roles who would help a newcomer to a service role learn the ropes. In my case, I’m new to this role and Dorothy has provided tremendous help and encouragement.
Anyone wishing to volunteer to be a service sponsor please send me your information. Typically on the Sponsor List people give their contact information, their sobriety date, and a little information about themselves. Maybe in this case information about types of service roles held, length of time, etc.
