が、しばらくは6と7にとどまるでしょうと言ったとき、私はその意味がわかりませんでした ... しかし、それは有意義な時間でした ... 酒を飲まないと耐えられないくらいに私の欠点がより頻繁に出てくるようになったからです。私は、それまでの私の古い解決策を、神様の霊的な生き方に置き換えてくださることを、できる限り喜んで受け入れるようになりました。

Thanks Dot for leading us this week and the many years of friendship we've enjoyed. It's great to be in another weekly meeting with my ESH family.
In my zoom group we are studying step 6. When I turned my life and will over to the care of God-it was a beginning of lying down my survival skills and being willing to live a new life with spiritual tools.
When my Sponsor said we'd be sitting in 6&7 for awhile I was clueless... but it was time well spent...as my shortcomings continued to pop up with more frequency than I could stand without a drink. I became as willing as possible for God to replace my old solutions with His spiritual way of life.
