今朝、私は今まで見た中で最も美しい日の出を見ました！ソーバーであり続けることに私は更に感謝します。
頭痛や胃のむかつきや罪悪感で目が覚めることはありませんでした。私は目が覚めてコーヒーポットのスイッチを入れ、窓の外を眺めて驚きの体験をするのです。
時々、今日もソーバーでいられることに驚くことがあります。最悪なのは、特に夫の子供たちに対処すること（または対処しないように努める！）でもたくさんの喜び…平和もソーバーライフで経験しています。
今日、ただ感謝するだけです。 人生は素晴らしいですね。AAと私たちの

I'm Nancy and I'm alcoholic.
This morning I saw one of the most beautiful sunrises I've ever seen! I know that being sober helps me appreciate this even more.
I didn't wake up with a headache or an upset stomach or guilt. I woke up, turned on the coffee pot, and looked out of the window to a WOW experience.
Sometimes, I'm amazed that I'm still sober today. of crap, especially dealing (or trying not to deal!) with my husband's kids kids. But, I've also experienced a lot of joy...and peace in my sober life.
Today, I'm just going to be grateful. Life is good. Thank you AA and all you people who support me, in and out of our program!
