のマイルストーンを迎える仲間、おめでとう。私の名前はスーザンです。1990/9/1 に神様が私をアルコールから切り離してくださったので、精神、身体、そして霊的に絶望的な状態から立ち直りました。酒やその他の狂気に対する唯一の防衛策である神様とともに今を生きることで、私は霊的な梁から落ちるのを避けています。ミーティングは私のソーバーを維持するものではなく、病気と解決策を共有することでの、私にとっての教育の場なのです。
毎日の祈りと黙想の鍛錬、毎日神様に人生を委ねること、
スポンサーAAプログラムなどを指導してくれる先輩役のメンバー
と話すこと、ステップを踏むこと ... これらすべては、他のものと共に私の道具箱の中にあります ... まるでこのミーティングのように、1週間を通して、どこにいてもほとんどいつでも参加できるのです。

For this week's topic I would love to hear how you guys manage to avoid disaster during times when getting to meetings is not possible. Even if a drink is the farthest thing from your mind, what tools do you grab from your spiritual toolbox to maintain sanity and peace? We'll see you on the flip-flop.
Thanks Chuck for leading the meeting this week and welcome to anyone new to AA or ESH. Congrats to any celebrants with milestones in sobriety. My name is Susan and I have recovered from a hopeless state of mind and body and spirit, as God separated me from alcohol on 9/1/90. I avoid falling off the spiritual beam by staying in the moment with God, who is my only defense against a drink or any other insanity. Meetings do not keep me sober, they can be educational, both by sharing the disease and the solution.
Daily discipline of prayer and meditation, turning my life over to God daily, talking to my sponsor, working the steps...are all in my tool box along with many other things...like this meeting, which I can almost always get to throughout the week, wherever I am.
