「経験と力と希望」のウィークリーミーティングへようこそ
「経験と力と希望」のミーティングは毎週開かれており、次の様に進められます。チェアパーソンがその週のテーマを決めます。グループ内の仲間がそのテーマについて分かち合います。グループ全体への投稿を最小限に抑える為、個人的な事はグループにではなく、その人へ直接お送り下さいます様、お願い致します。
分かち合いは、
アルコホリズムアルコール依存症のみならず霊的な病
からの回復に関するものに限られます。「経験と力と希望」ミーティングへの投稿は（東部標準時）日曜日午前０時以降いつでも結構です。終わりは土曜日午後１１時５９分までにして下さい。メンバーの方は、是非、毎年のソーバーバースデーを共有して下さい。AAに出会う前の人生がどんなふうだったか、そして何が起こって、今どうなっているのか、分かち合ってください。

の記念日を迎える仲間たち、おめでとう。先週の月曜日、4月15日に、私は
ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
継続19年目を祝いました。いまだに驚いています！（

の）旅を始めた時は、30日でさえも連続して過ごすことができるとは思いませんでしたよ。「しかし、神の恵みにより、私はここにいます」シラフになって以来、私の人生は波乱万丈でしたが、それでも私はまだ飲む理由を見つけていません。ああ、誤解しないでくださいね、その小さな悪魔は私の肩の上にいるし、特に最近私は本当に苦しいので、それは毎日存在しています。自分自身が最大の敵です。私は自分に非常に厳しくしています。それを（飲酒欲求を神に）委ねようと努力しましたが、いつもそれを取り戻すのが得意です。なぜなら（わかってください）、私はこのほどの

を持っているので、自分の問題で
ハイヤーパワー（HP=ハイヤーパワー）神、または高次の力、自分を超えた大きな力。意志と生き方をゆだねる対象。
に負担をかけたくないからです。私自身でそれを対処できるはずだからです。私は助けを求めるのが非常に非常に難しいのです。

がいませんでした。以前は、女性の
スポンサーAAプログラムなどを指導してくれる先輩役のメンバー
が２人いましたが、彼女たちの目指すところは私と異なっていて、
ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
が最優先にされていないと思ったのです。ロックダウン以降、私はほんの数回しかミーティングにしか出席していません。
このグループは頼りになる存在です！皆さんのシェアを読むことで、私は支えられています。皆さんに感謝しています。ありがとうございます！！！これが私の今日のリクエストにつながります。本当のトピックというわけではありません。このグループの一員としてしばらく参加していますが、このメッセージがどれだけ広がっているかわからないことに私は気づきました。もし許されるなら、あなたの

WELCOME TO THE ESH WEEKLY MEETING
The structure of an ESH meeting is that the chairperson selects a topic for the week and anyone in the group has the option to share on that topic. In order to keep the postings to a minimum for the entire group, we suggest that personal messages be sent directly to that person and not via the Group.
Comments should be closely related to recovery from alcoholism. "The ESH meeting will begin no earlier than Sunday morning anytime after midnight EST and members are requested to post their shares no later than the following Saturday night at 11:59 PM EST." All members are encouraged to share their A.A. anniversary on their annual sobriety date. Tell the group what your life was like before AA, what happened, and what it's like today.

Hi, I'm Beth an alcoholic in Minnesota USA. Welcome any new comers and happy birthday to anyone celebrating a sobriety anniversary. This past Monday 4/15, I celebrated my 19th year of continuous sobriety. I am still in awe!! When I started my journey I could never string 30 days together. "but for the grace of God go I" My life has been full of ups and downs since sobering up and I still have not found a reason to drink. Oh don't get me wrong that little devil on shoulder is present everyday and more so lately because I am really struggling. I am my own worst enemy. I am extremely hard on myself. I've tried to turn it over but I'm always good at taking it back because (get this) I don't want to burden my higher power with my problems when I should be able to take care of it with this much sobriety. I have a very very hard time asking for help. Even in sobriety. I don't have a sponsor, haven't for years I had 2 gals who I believe had different motives and didn't have sobriety at the front. Unfortunately I never found another because I still have a fear of people. Snice the lock down I have been to just a few meetings.
This group has been my go to! I read your shares and it gets me through. I'm grateful for all of you. Thank you!!! Which leads my request. Not really a topic. I have been part of this group for a bit now and I realized I don't know how far this message travels. Would you be willing to maybe say your sobriety date and what country or state you are from and a little bit about yr self, Only if this is acceptable. If not, I understand. I'm grateful to have this share meeting and a place to take me out of myself. I'll send this off, thank you for letting me share. I will attempt to be more attentive in this group because for right now it's all I have thank you everyone have a great week!!
