親愛なるの皆さん

９月はヘザーを新しくメンバーに迎えました。今月の新しく入った仲間は彼女だけです。彼女が私たちと一緒にやってくれることをとても喜んでいます。

リストのリクエストもありませんでした。

担当者の輪番が近づいてきて、来年に向けて目指しているので…に興味のある仲間にお勧めします。の役割をして考えることで、グループのがステップアップして行くのです。それほど時間はかかりません…しかし新しい仲間が入って、彼らを歓迎することが重要です。ガイドラインを送り、グループについての質問にできる限り答えるのです。私たちのリストを求めてくるアルコホリックは、とても稀です。

そう、ちょうど話しているところ…多くの時間がかかるわけではないのです。私は数年の間、とても重要な役割をグループのために担っています。とても光栄なことに感じています。の輪番制は健全なやり方だとも信じています。信頼された担当者たちすべてに、私は非常に感謝しています…皆さんの多くがを続けていくために、毎年現れてきました…もし続けていくことができるのなら新しいボランティアが必要だと考えています！

もし要求があって、誘われたら…助けるためにここにとどまるでしょう。この素晴らしいグループの担当者の特権を与えられて感謝しています…

Greetings ESH friends,

We welcomed Heather to our group just under the wire for the month and she is our only new member in September. We're delighted to have her join us.

I did not receive any requests for the sponsor list, either.

As we look toward the coming year and nearing time for service position rotation... I would encourage anyone who is interested in stepping up to serve the group to consider taking on this role. It requires so little time.. but when we do get new members it's important to welcome them and send along the guidelines and be available to answer questions about the group. It's even a rare thing for anyone to ask for our list of sponsors.

So I'm just saying... it won't take up much of your time. I've served our fine group in varying positions for several years, and have felt it an honor to do so. I also believe in the healthy practice of service rotation. I'm extremely grateful to all our trusted servants... so many of you have also shown up year after year to keep ESH going... If it's to continue, I think we need new volunteers!

If anyone has questions about it, or is tempted.. I'm here to help. Thank you for allowing me the privilege of serving this fine group...
