ミーティングへようこそ。私はジャン・B、ソーバー5年目のアル中です。今週、ソーバー・バースデーを迎える仲間たち、おめでとうございます！！ここで分かち合えることにとても感謝しています……お酒をやめて、幸せで、喜びに満ち、自由でいられることは奇跡です。アルコールから「自由になり」、幸せで、喜びに満ちていることに感謝しています。あのまま飲み続けていたら、今の人生を想像することはできません……特に音楽家として、自分は思うのです。「もしまだ酒に溺れていたら、人に教えたり演奏したりすることはできなかっただろう」と。私の飲酒は手に負えないほど悪化しましたが、私は目覚め、今ここにいます。お酒をやめたことで、学生たちに自分の音楽への愛を注ぎ込むことができ、アルコールによる酩酊に邪魔されることなく演奏できることが、とても幸せで、喜びに満ち、自由です。お酒をやめた後のあなたの人生が、どのように幸せで、喜びに満ち、自由になったかを教えてください。皆さんのお話を楽しみにしています。

WELCOME TO THE ESH WEEKLY MEETING
The structure of an ESH meeting is that the chairperson selects a topic for the week and anyone in the group has the option to share on that topic. In order to keep the postings to a minimum for the entire group, we suggest that personal messages be sent directly to that person and not via the Group.
Comments should be closely related to recovery from alcoholism. "The ESH meeting will begin no earlier than Sunday morning anytime after midnight EST and members are requested to post their shares no later than the following Saturday night at 11:59 PM EST."
All members are encouraged to share their A.A. anniversary on their annual sobriety date. Tell the group what your life was like before AA, what happened, and what it's like today.

Good evening and welcome to the January 19, 2025 meeting of ESH. My name is Jan B, alkie, and 5 years sober. Congratulations to all who are celebrating sober birthdays this week!! I am very grateful to be here sharing.....it is a miracle to be sober and happy, joyous and free. Happy Joyous and FREE of alcohol.....so grateful. I can't imagine my life, had I kept on that terrible path of drinking.....thoughts come to mind at times especially as a musician, when I think to myself, I wouldn't be teaching or performing if I was still drunk. The drinking had morphed to out of control......then I woke up and here I am. I am happy, joyous and free that I can pour into students lives my love of music and perform unencumbered by the drunkeness of alcohol. Describe how your life is happy, joyous and free post alcohol. I look forward to hearing from you.
