神の意志に人生を委ねるために、スピリチュアルなコンディションを維持するために、いくつかのスピリチュアルなAAの本を毎日読んでるの。第３ステップと時々第７ステップの祈りを唱えるわ。それからちょっと立ち止まって、祈り、また進む。静寂に導いてくれるセレニティの祈りと第２３詩篇が大好きで、それで神の声が聞こえるのよ。
それが一日の中で自分の意志を最大限に活かせるところ
ー神の意思と同じになれる感じがするところ。

Dear ESH
Thanks Kitza for leading this week. My name is Susan and I am an alcoholic.
To maintain my spiritual condition so that God's will runs my life I have a daily discipline to read a few spiritual/AA books, praying the third step and sometimes the 7th step prayer. I also stop throughout the day to pause, pray and proceed. I love the serenity prayer and the 23rd psalm as they both place me in a quiet place, so that I can hear God's instructions.
And it does give me a place in my day to use my will to the greatest extent possible - aligning with God.
