やAAに初めて参加された方々、ようこそ。そして、節目を迎えた皆さん、おめでとうございます。私はリン・チェンバレン、アルコホーリクであり、1985年5月20日の最初のミーティング以来、神の恵みと皆さんの助けでソーバーを続けています。この個人的な奇跡に非常に感謝しています。
ストレス。それは、私が神よりも前に出てしまい、神との触れ合いを失うときに起こります。私は、もっともバカげたことやごく普通のことについて自分をストレスにさらしてしまいます。でも、いつでも行動を起こし、ストレスを和らげ、解決し、取り除くことができるのです。ハンドルを神様にお返しして、私自身は漕ぐかペダルをこぎ始めればいいのです。神様は漕いだりペダルをこいだりはしません（笑）。

Hey ESHr’s. Welcome to all newbies to ESH or AA and congrats to all those celebrating milestones. Lin Chamberlain alcoholic and sober by God’s grace and with your help since my first meeting on May 20th 1985. For that personal miracle I am very grateful. Stress. Happens when I get out in front of God and loose contact. I stress myself over some of the most ridiculous and most normal things. I can take the actions to relieve, resolve, and remove it anytime I’m ready to give the steering wheel back to God and resume rowing or pedaling. God does not row or pedal. lol. Love to all.
