皆様にご挨拶 ー ようこそ ー
アルコホリックのスーザンです。ここにいて、姿を現すことができる ー 酒を飲んでいたときは、そうそうありませんでした。
1年以上、いや2年以上？
ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
の最初の頃、黙想の時間に間に合うように、時間通りにミーティングに駆け込んだものでした。ソーバー数年になるまで、一人で黙想をできるなんて本当に思いもよりませんでした！！！私はそう、今を生きることが苦手でした。
今はすっかり良くなりました！ハッ！今では「今日一日」の練習を重ね、ほとんど毎日、今日一日を生きられるようになりました。それよりも私は、思考が過去に戻ったり、未来に向かったりしていたことに気づいて、「今ここに」戻ることが出来るようになりました。振り子の振れ幅が短くなりました ー 進歩です。
ステップ11は、現在を生きるための最良の薬です、そこには時間は無く、それは永遠です。時折、ミリミリミリ秒（ほどわずかの間）だけ、私は垣間見ることができ、満たされます ー ひとつになります。
私はしばしば、アシッシの聖クレアの祈りを黙想します。それはこんな風に始まります：
"永遠の鏡の前に、あなたの心を置きなさい" ほとんど即座に、私は無限の内宇宙と外宇宙の中の一点であることを体感します。
リラクゼーション、そして「この瞬間」が私を包み込む ー 平穏 ー 喜び ー 整います。
そして、自分の仕事を思い出します： 整って、輝くこと......。

Greetings all - welcome all -
susan, alcoholic, present and able to show up - that didn't happen so often when I was drinking.
For over a year - over two years? - in early sobriety, I would run to the meeting to be sure I was on time, in order to get the moment of silence. Truly it never occurred to me, until I was sober for a couple of years, that I could have a moment of silence by myself!!! Yeah, I had lots of trouble being in the present.
Now that I'm ALL better - HA! Now that I am practicing one day at a time, I can live life one day at a time - most of the time. Rather, I'm able to practice getting back to the present - noticing my thoughts had ran back to the past or forward to the future. The pendulum swings are shorter - progress.
The 11th step is the best medicine for living in the present, which is timelessness, which is eternity. For a millimillimillisecond, on occasion, I get glimpses, and I am filled - there is a Oneing.
Often, I meditate on a St. Claire of Assissi prayer which begins:
"Place your mind before the mirror of eternity." Almost immediately I experience being a speck in infinite inner and outer space.
Relaxation and this moment envelopes me - peace - serenity - joy - alignment.
And, I remember my job: Align and shine.....
