「経験と力と希望」グループのミーティングは、次のような流れになっています。チェアマンが、その週のテーマを選定します。グループメンバーは、誰でも、そのテーマについて分かち合いをできます。グループ全体への投稿を少なくするため、個人的なメッセージは、その人宛に直接にお送りくださるよう、お願いします。
分かち合いは、アルコホーリクからの回復に関連したものとしてください。ミーティングは、東部標準時間午前0時に開始します。投稿は、翌週土曜日の夜11:59までにお願いします。メンバーの皆さんは、ぜひ、年に１度のソーバーデーを共有してください。「自分たちがいつもどんなふうだったか、そして何が起こって、いまどうなっているのか」、お話しください。

2023年12月2日のテーマ
2023年11月21日、火曜日に心臓発作を起こしたばかりだ。5日間病院に入院して、あらゆる検査をした。最初の検査は、良くなかった。それから、ゴールドスタンダードのとても侵襲性のある冠動脈造影検査までした。何が起こったのか、答えはない。薬を処方され、ドクターに会った。心臓の診察を受けたが、今のところ答えはない。ドクターは、金曜日に診察を望んでいる。私は、今日一日を生き、ソーバーでいる人間という最高の道具の一つとして生きている。ありがたいことに、自分より偉大な力があった。AAで私は、ここに偉大な力を見つけた。私がアルコールを止め始めたとき、私をやっつけようとしていた神さまがいたが、5年かかって私が信じ込むことができる神さまを見つけた。私の神さまは、私の名前を知っていて、私の人生において働いている。私は、私の神さまの名前を知らない。それでも私は、恐怖ともしもの恐怖にさいなまれた日々の間、ひとりではなかった。そこから、私の分かち合いからテーマを見つけることができると思う。私は、私の人生にAAがあったととに感謝している。神さまの恵みがなかったら、人生を失っていただろう。愛と希望を全ての仲間へ送る。

WELCOME TO THE ESH WEEKLY MEETING
The structure of an ESH meeting is that the chairperson selects a topic for the week and anyone in the group has the option to share on that topic. In order to keep the postings to a minimum for the entire group, we suggest that personal messages be sent directly to that person and not via the Group.
Comments should be closely related to recovery from alcoholism. "The ESH meeting will begin no earlier than Sunday morninganytime after midnight EST and members are requested to post their shares no later than the following Saturday night at 11:59 PM EST." All members are encouraged to share their A.A. anniversary on their annual sobriety date. Tell the group what your life was like before AA, what happened, and what it's like today.

Topic for 12/02/2023
I just suffered a heart attack on Tuesday, Nov/21.2023. I was hospitalized for 5 days and had every test they could do for me. Failed the first one then up to the gold standard cath angiogram very invasive. No answer as to what happened. I was put on meds and Saw Dr. So far no answer See the heart Dr on Friday hope for that. I live a day at a time one of my best tools as a sober person. Thankfully I do have a power greater than myself. Who I found here in AA When I was new I had a God out to get me and took 5 years to find one I could believe in. My God knows my name and works in my life. I do not know my God's name. So I was not alone during all the scary days of fear and what ifs. So I hope you can find a topic in my share. I am grateful to have AA in my life I would be lost without it. Sending love and hope to all of you.
