の仲間たち、こんにちは。新たなミーティングで、皆さんとまた会えて嬉しいです。いつも変わらず私たちのグループに尽力してくれている、親愛なるデイヴに感謝しています。

シップ、つまり誰かをステップを通して導くことについては複雑な思いがあります。これは私が得意とする役割ではないのです。その理由は完全には理解していないのですが ... 境界線と共依存について、私にはまだ学ばなければならない教訓があるのだと思います ... 誰が知っていたでしょうか？！！でも、神様が導いてくださるものごとにはいつでも心を開いていようとしています。新しく来た人たちには自分の電話番号を教えて、彼らが電話してきたときには応えています。私は多くの場合、臨時の
スポンサーAAプログラムなどを指導してくれる先輩役のメンバー
として関わってきました。
AAでは、メッセージを伝える方法が他にもたくさんあることを学びました。ミーティングに出席して自分の経験と力と希望をシェアすることでさえも、その一つです。
サービスAAの奉仕活動
のコミットメント（約束）は、回復の重要な一部として早い段階で私に染み付いていました。そのことにとても感謝しています。2000年代初頭、夫と私はフロリダの自宅とノースカロライナの別宅との間を頻繁に行き来し始めました。年に数回、しかもほとんど事前の計画なしに頻繁に行き来していました。
ホームグループAAの中で自分が所属し、活動の拠点となるグループ
で1か月のコミットメントをする状況になれず、その月のミーティングを1回以上欠席することが避けられなかったのです。その時このグループ (

) を発見したのでした ... 旅行中でもそれを持ち歩き、つながりを感じることができ、また
サービスAAの奉仕活動
のコミットメントもラップトップPCの中で見つけました。
また、このグループを通じて、オンライン・インターグループの
12ステップ12ステッププログラム、回復のため原理、AAの基本プログラム。
委員会について知ることができました。この16年間、それがどれほどの恵みであったことでしょう！これによって、24時間365日、助けを求める人々とやり取りする機会と特権を与えられました。他の人々にメッセージを伝えることを止めたら、AAはどこにあるのでしょうか？考えるだけで恐ろしいです...そして私は、私たちの生命を与えるフェローシップが、次の世代のためにそこにあることを望んでいます ... 私をその一部に参加させてくれて本当にありがとうございます。

Hi dear ESH friends, It's a joy to be with you all for another meeting. Grateful for you, dear Dave... for your steadfast presence and service to our group.
I've a mixed bag when it comes to actual sponsorship - walking someone through the Steps. It's simply not a role I thrive in.. for reasons I don't fully understand... yet. I think there are lessons I still need to learn about boundaries and codependency... who knew??!!! ... But I try to remain open to wherever God leads me. I offer my phone number to newcomers - and answer it when they call. I've acted as a temporary sponsor most often.
I've learned that it's possible to carry the message in a lot of other ways in AA - even showing up for a meeting and sharing my ESH. Service commitments were ingrained in me early on as an essential part of recovery.. and for that, I'm very grateful. In the early 2000's my husband & I began traveling a lot between our home in FL and our next home in NC. .... several times a year and often with little pre-planning. I found that I wasn't in a position to make a month-long commitment at my home group without inevitably missing one or more of those meetings during a given month. That's when I discovered this group... I could carry it with me and feel connected while traveling and found service commitments right in my laptop.
It was also through this group that I learned about the 12 Step Committee of Online Intergroup. What a blessing that has been for the past 16 years! It gives me the opportunity/privilege to correspond with people looking for help 24/7/365. Where would AA be if we stopped carrying the message to others.. in all sorts of ways? I shudder to think... and I want our life-giving fellowship to be there for the upcoming generations... Thanks so much for letting me be a part of this.
