皆さん、こんにちは！私の名前はローリー・トリメローニ、アルコホリックです。今週のミーティングへようこそ、そして記念日を迎えられた皆さんおめでとうございます！リン、このような機会をいただき、ありがとうございます。
忙しい1週間でした！時々起こることですが、この週の大半は怒涛の流れでした。信仰と経験はそれもじきに落ち着いてくるものだと教えてくれます。私はもともと内向的な性格で、社交的なイベントはストレスや不安を伴うものだと感じています。いつもは、その間に休息とリフレッシュの時間を確保するよう予定をたてているんです。先週は私がそのように取り組んでいたことを抜かることなくやることができませんでした。
私は
ハイヤーパワー（HP=ハイヤーパワー）神、または高次の力、自分を超えた大きな力。意志と生き方をゆだねる対象。
に助けを求めました。（私が家に居られるように誰か予定をキャンセルしてくれたらありがたいと言ったかしら…そうはならなかったけど）
どこからともなく生じた考えがあなたの窮地を救ったという経験はあるでしょうか？
水曜日になって、私は驚くべきことに気づきました（本当は少し皮肉を込めて）。それは、一日一日に集中すべきだということでした。
4～5日も続けて家を空けることを考えるのではなく、一度に1つのことだけを考えることで不安や恐れはかなり軽減されたのです。私は何もキャンセルすることはありませんでした。私は準備を整え、出掛けることができたのです。
うーん......本当に......そんなシンプルなことだったのかしら？
そこで私が提案したいトピックを紹介したいと思います。
86ページの一番下（私が長い間読んできた日々の教え（
BBビッグブック・AAの基本テキスト（書籍）
のこと））にはこう書いてあります：
「その日のことを思ううちに、決められないことにぶつかるかもしれない。どうしたものか決心できないかもしれない。そんなとき、私たちは霊感や直感的な考え、あるいは決断を与えてくださいと神に祈る。」
直感的な考えや霊感を受けたとき、それが
ハイヤーパワー（HP=ハイヤーパワー）神、または高次の力、自分を超えた大きな力。意志と生き方をゆだねる対象。
から来たものであるとわかったことが何度もあります。時にそれに気づき、そして神の導きに感謝します。気づかない時もたくさんあると思いますが、それは確かに与えられたものなのです。
新しい知見と新しい霊的道具として印象に残ったことは、私がそれを求めたということです！

WELCOME TO THE ESH WEEKLY MEETING The structure of an ESH meeting is that the chairperson selects a topic for the week and anyone in the group has the option to share on that topic. In order to keep the postings to a minimum for the entire group, we suggest that personal messages be sent directly to that person and not via the Group.
Comments should be closely related to recovery from alcoholism. "The ESH meeting will begin no earlier than Sunday morninganytime after midnight EST and members are requested to post their shares no later than the following Saturday night at 11:59 PM EST."
All members are encouraged to share their A.A. anniversary on their annual sobriety date. Tell the group what your life was like before AA, what happened, and what it's like today.

Hello to all, my name is Laurie Trimeloni and I am an alcoholic. Welcome to this week's meeting and congratulations to all of those who are celebrating! Thanks, Lin, for the opportunity to be of service.
It has been a busy week! The mainstream of life was a raging river which happens sometimes. Faith and experience tell me it will slow down soon. I'm a natural introvert and find social events to be stressful and anxiety-producing. Normally, I plan my calendar to make sure I have some time to rest and refresh in between. It wasn't possible this last week to do so without missing something I had committed to do.
I asked my HP for help. (I might have indicated it would be great with me if he/she cancelled something so I could stay home....didn't happen.)
Ever had a situation where a thought occurred out of nowhere that saved your bacon?
I had this amazing realization on Wednesday (a bit of sarcasm truly intended). It was that I should just focus on one day at a time.
By not thinking about four or five successive nights away from home, by only thinking about one at a time, I had considerably less anxiety and trepidation. I did not cancel anything. I was able to suit up and show up.
Ummm.... really.... it was that simple?
This brings me to the topic I'd like to propose.
At the bottom of page 86 (in the daily instructions I've read for a long time), it says:
"In thinking about our day, we may face indecision. We may not be able to determine which course to take. Here we ask God for inspiration, an intuitive thought or decision."
There have been many times I've been the recipient of an intuitive thought or inspiration that I know came from my Higher Power. Sometimes I recognize it and thank God for the guidance. I'm sure there are many times I don't recognize it but it's been given.
What struck me as new information and a new spiritual tool was that I could ask for it!!
I would love to hear your experience, strength and hope on the topic of intuitive thoughts / inspiration / decisions.
