ハイヤーパワー（HP=ハイヤーパワー）神、または高次の力、自分を超えた大きな力。意志と生き方をゆだねる対象。
／神が、それが何であれ、次には正しいことを私にさせてくれるという信念です。今夜、8時過ぎに私は近所を散歩していました。他の人々も同じことをしていました。他の人に挨拶をしたり、彼らが好意的に応えてくれることはいつも満足感があります。いつもそうだとは限りませんが、そのようなときはとても心温まるものです。日々、私に許されているこの人生に対する感謝の気持ちが流れています。ただ、トピックの「改善」部分についてはよくわかりません。今のところ、私自身はどうしたら今がもっと良くなるかわかりません。夕暮れ時で、太陽光の庭のライトがきらめいています … 再び、私にとって必要なことが全て満たされています。今日という日に本当に感謝しています。ルイーズ、ステップ11のある部分を整理する機会を与えてくれてありがとう。ごきげんよう ... 平穏に

Hi. I'm Pam, a grateful alcoholic. Congratulations sobriety celebrants and welcome people new to ESH. Thank you, Louise for bringing up Step 11 and writing about how it happened for you. You always have a “gem.”(^^ I think it’s good to backtrack at times as with your asking the question, “how did you establish, maintain, and improve your relationship with God?” Early on with Step 2 the craziness of unmanageability basically stopped even though drastic changes were taking place, life took a new direction. Basically, I followed directions to a tee and good things began to happen. Faith that my higher power/God did and will continue to allow me to do the next right thing whatever it is. I walked in my neighborhood tonight a little after 8:00 o’clock and there were others out doing the same thing. Always rewarding to say hello or acknowledge another person and have them respond in a positive way. Doesn’t always happen that way, but sweet when it does. Gratitude runs through daily for this life I am allowed, every day. Not sure about the “improve” part of the topic. At the moment I don't know how for me right now personally it could be any better. It’s nearly dark, solar yard lights are twinkling…once again all my needs are met. Grateful indeed for today. Louise, thank you for the opportunity to sort through parts of Step11. Stay well…peace.
