には沢山の「約束」がありますね。どれが一番好きかわからないくらいです。でも 83-84 ページの約束の中で、私のお気に入りは 「過去を悔やむこともなければ、それにふたをしようとも思わない」です。
私は何度も結婚したことをいつも恥じていました。それを受け入れ、恥ずかしくないと思えるようになるまで、何年もかかりました。 おそらく同じようなことで恥をかいている人たちの助けになればと思って、私は喜んでこの話をミーティングでシェアしています。

I love this topic. There are so many promises in the Big Book. I don't know my favorite. But of the promises on pages 83-84, my favorite is "We will not regret the past nor wish to shut the door on it."
I was always so ashamed of my several marriages. It has taken me many years to come to acceptance and not be ashamed. I willingly share this information in meetings in hopes it will help some other person shed their shame of, perhaps, the same thing.
