の「１２の約束」が読まれるのを聴くのが、好きなんです。よく読まれている他の書籍では、「問題」や「解決」のことが書かれています。この「約束」では、「結果」が述べられています。私にとって一番大切な「約束」は、次のものです。「、、、私たちの人生に対する態度と展望がまっるきり変わる。」ＡＡで体験したことで、この数語以上にうまく表現できるものはありません。人生のほとんどが、ガラッと変わったのです。感謝、感謝です。

Thanks for the topic, and glad you made it one more day to reach 30 years. I love to hear the promises read. Other readings that are frequently read talk about the problem or the solution; the promises talk about the results. The most important promise for me is "...our whole attitude and outlook on life will change." I could not write a better summary of my AA experience than those few words. There is scarcely any part of my life that has not been significantly changed, and for that I am grateful.
