ソーバーになりたてのころ、約束は全部、実現したのです。もう、びっくりです。

で学んだ霊的な原理にしたがって人生を歩み、酒を飲むことを考えることなく、今日一日のソーバーでい続けると、これらの約束は、次々に、私の人生で実現するのです。すべては、
ハイヤーパワー（HP=ハイヤーパワー）神、または高次の力、自分を超えた大きな力。意志と生き方をゆだねる対象。
のおかげなのです。私が自分でできないことを、代わりにしてくれるのです。

には、こうあります。「こういうことは私たちの間で実際に、ときには急速に、ときにはゆっくると実現している。」私は、両方とも経験しました。

Good morning - my name is Ellen and I am an alcoholic. I am very grateful for God's grace and a sober life, today.
The Promises all came true in the very beginning of my sobriety. I was astounded! I didn't even know they were in the BB... I had read them on a piece of paper being circulated at a meeting. I later came to experience that they would ebb and flow with the continuing of life. As long as I stayed sober, I could see them... feel them... and when I couldn't, I realized that I had work to do. They have become somewhat of a barometer of spiritual, mental and emotional health. As I have entered the world of the Spirit and continue to live by the spiritual principles learned in our program, staying sober one day at a time without a thought of taking a drink, these promises continue to appear in my life... all by the grace of a Higher Power who does for me what I cannot do for myself. Our BB says these promises "are being fulfilled among us - sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly." I have experienced both.
