自由、私は以前は決して感じることのなかった自由を経験しました。それが始まりで、今も続いています。ほとんど毎日、選択の自由を目の当たりにしています。私は毎日、自由と選択を持っています。私は、自由と選択をいつも見ていないだけです。
金曜の夜、
ウェールズ中部のウェールズプール ウェールズ中部のウェールズプールは、ウェールズのランカシャー州に位置する小さな集落であり、主に農業や観光業が盛んな地域です。ウェールズプール周辺には美しい自然や歴史的な建造物が多く、観光客に人気の観光地となっています。また、ウェールズプールには様々なアウトドア活動を楽しめる施設やイベントも多く、自然を満喫したい人におすすめの地域です。
で、私たちの小さなグループは、アルコホリックが笑いに笑っていました。ある深い分かち合いの後を通して、笑っていました。この新しい人生の自由に感謝すること、驚異的な人生は、容易にわかることでした。
私たちは皆、そのような楽しみを経験していましたー”新しい幸福”ーは、まるで大きな高い牢獄の壁が、崩れ落ちるような自由の爽やかな感覚がありました。私は、人生を生きることの自由を味わい、笑いながら踊っていました。自己を縛ることなしに、恐怖、当惑、苛立ち、挫折という4頭の騎手から安全なところに、そして悲惨な絶望からも逃れました。
自由とは、幸福な運命のこの道をてくてくと歩きながら、この道で時には踊り、そして一緒に笑いながら、生きていくことです。

Thank you, everyone, for showing up for a meeting - good for my sanity, good for my sobriety. Good, as in, absolutely needed.
The first promise to come true was phenomenal - visceral- with a glowing sensation. It was when I had just finished my 4th and 5th step, and my sponsor was reading from the Big Book about the arch we were about to enter. It truly felt like I could see an archway into a bright new world, as heavy wts. just lifted off of my shoulders.
Freedom, I experienced a freedom I had never felt before. That was the first and has continued. Almost daily, I see the freedom of choices. I do have freedom and choices everyday, I just don't always see them.
Friday night at a meeting in Welshpool, mid-Wales, a small group of us alkies were laughing and laughing, through and after some deep shares. The gratitude for the freedom to live this new, phenomenal life was palpable.
We all were experiencing such joy - " a new happiness' - and there was this delicious sense of freedom, as if great, high prison walls had come a tumblin' down. We were dancing with laughter, savoring our freedom to live life, without the bondage of self, and safe from those 4 horsemen; Terror, Bewilderment, Frustration and that merciless Despair.
FREE as we trudge this road OF happy destiny, occasionally dancing and laughing together on the path:
