私は、ちょっとコソコソしていました。
最近は怠け者で、先延ばしの性格上の欠点が勝っています…まもなく週が明ければ、
このミーティングも終わりです。だから、再び起こる前に、
書き始めるだけです。
様々な仕事についてきて、私の人生全体に対して多くの責任を負ってきたので、
ある人は、いわゆる山あり谷ありの人生に備えて、順応の仕方を知る頃合いだと、
"考えるでしょう。私にとってのサバイバルは、受け入れること そして何も変えることができない無力 "
さだと思います。他方で、土砂降りに対処する
試みは可能です。それは、私が現在自宅で対処している例のひとつであり、
一日や二日ではすべて改善できることではありません。
これは、忍耐と、できることをするためのエネルギーを分け合うことにおいて一つの教訓として、
まとめることができます。これは、すべてほんの基礎であり、何も取るに足らないことです。
全体から見ると"些細なこと”です。
だから、私は今日もソーバーでいることを、愛する家族や友人、健康であることに感謝しています。
そして明日の平和を楽しみにしています…

Good day…I am Pam, a grateful alcoholic. Congratulations sobriety celebrants
and welcome newcomers to AA and ESH. Thank you Susan for chairing this
meeting and for your lengthy service to ESH.
I have been a bit of a lurker,
slacker lately with procrastination character defect winning out…pretty soon
the week is gone and the meeting is closed. So before that happens again,
just start writing.
Having worked at various jobs and having had numerous responsibilities my
entire life, one would think it’s about time to know how to acclimate to the
so called hills and valleys life provides. I think survival for me comes down
to acceptance and powerlessness to change anything. On the other hand, the
attempt to deal with the aftermath of torrential rain is possible. That’s one
example I’m presently dealing with at my home and it can’t all be remedied in
a day or two. It can be summed up as another lesson in patience and portioning
energy to do what can be done. This is all so basic and pretty inconsequential
in the “scheme of things.”
So, I give thanks for another sober day, loving family and friends, good health,
and look forward to tomorrow. Peace…
