またご一緒できて嬉しいです。今週のリードをしてくれたゲイリー、ありがとう。そして、AAでの記念日、おめでとうございます！35年って、「今日一日」の積み重ねの大きな成果ですね。
私は自分の
プログラム12ステッププログラム、回復のため原理、AAの基本プログラム。
を完璧に実践できたわけではありません… それでも、完璧を目指し続けています。もちろん、決して到達できないことは十分承知しています。それでも、決して諦めないことを願っています！
私が最初に強く心に刻んだ大切なことのひとつは、常に油断せずにいる必要があるということでした。私は、神に日々の執行猶予を求めることを習慣とし、それに頼るようになりました。そして、これまで一日たりとも、その恵みを願わずに過ごしたことはないと思います。
かつて、私は6年間もミーティングから離れていた時期がありました。自分でもわかっています… それはとても危険な道でした。しかし、神の恵みが私と共にあり、AAの原理を日々の生活の中で実践することができました。とはいえ、これは決して他の仲間に勧められることではありません。その期間、私は飲酒の誘惑や危機を感じることはありませんでした。朝起きたときも、夜祈りを捧げるときも、常に最優先にあったのは自分の
ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
でした。しかし、再びミーティングに戻ったとき、自分の姿勢や考え方が微妙に変わっていたことに気づきました。そして、こうして戻ってこられたことを心から感謝しています。

スポンサーAAプログラムなどを指導してくれる先輩役のメンバー
と、二人の
スポンシースポンサー(指導役)から見た弟子、後輩メンバー
がいます。また、対面の
ホームグループAAの中で自分が所属し、活動の拠点となるグループ

、そして
OIAAオンライン・インターグループ
の
12ステップ12ステッププログラム、回復のため原理、AAの基本プログラム。
委員会にも関わっています。ほとんどの日は「自分なりにベストを尽くしている」と思いたいですが… 実際はそうではないのかもしれません。もっとできることがあるのはわかっています。これからも、チャンスを見逃さないようにしていきます…。

It's good being with you another time. Thanks, Gary, for your lead this week and congratulations on your AAnniversary. 35 years is a lot of one days at a time!
I haven't worked my program perfectly... still striving for perfection - knowing full well I'll never get there. But I hope to never give up!
One of the first important things that I latched onto was the need to stay vigilant. I came to rely on God for a daily reprieve and I don't think I've missed a day yet in asking Him to bless me with that.
There was a time (6 years) that I wandered away from meetings. I know... that's a dangerous road. But God's grace was with me and helped me to practice AA's principles in my daily life. It's not something I recommend to others. During those years I never felt threatened or tempted to drink - my sobriety was first on my mind in the morning and last thing at night when connecting with God in prayer .. but when I did find my way back to the rooms I came to realize subtle ways my attitudes had shifted.. and I'm so grateful to find my way back.
I have a sponsor and two sponsees. I have a f2f home group, ESH and OIAA's 12 Step Committee. I like to think I'm doing the best I can most days ... but maybe that's not actually true. I know I could do more. I'll keep my eyes open for opportunities....
