Dear ESH family
Thank you dear Louise and happy AA anniversary to you and to Carl and anyone else celebrating.
My name is Susan and I am an alcoholic. My normal practice is to wait until Friday or Saturday and gather all the shares throughout the week and have a big meeting with ESH at one time...and I usually respond. Today God had plans for me that have left me spent and I am now ready for bed but I will share a reading from non-AA literature that I read this morning that will explain my choice.
"Every time I reach the limits of my understanding, I can keep moving onward by relying on my trust in You. Help me to stay in communication with You through silent and spoken prayers—*trusting in You with all my heart* instead of* l**eaning on my understanding."*
