に取り組んで７年、霊的に大きく成長したと感じていたころ、母は、とってつけたような誉め言葉を言ってくれましたが、大きく織り込むことになりました。「息子よ、前より自己中心的でなくなっていますよ。私と同じように、自分勝手だったのでしょうか？」はっきりとは、思い出せません。でも、同じようなものです。霊的な成長について、ミーティングを終えるにあたり、私の考えを申し上げます。「昔の自分に比べて、利己的で自分勝手でなければ、私は霊的に成長している、と考えています。」幸せな運命を歩みながら、経験と力と希望を分かち合ってくださった皆さんに感謝します。ぜひ、一緒に、「主の祈り」を唱和しましょう。
天にまします我らの父よ。
願わくは御名（みな）をあがめさせたまえ。
御国（みくに）を来たらせたまえ。
みこころの天になるごとく、
地にもなさせたまえ。
我らの日用の糧を、今日も与えたまえ。
我らに罪を犯すものを我らが赦すごとく、
我らの罪をも赦したまえ。
我らを試みにあわせず、
悪より救いいだしたまえ。
国と力と栄えとは、限りなく汝のものなればなり。

When I had about 7 years in the program and thought I had reached great spiritual heights my mother gave me a left-handed compliment that brought me down to earth. "Son", she said, "You are not as self-centered as you used to be"....or was it "as selfish as I used to be". I can't remember, but it seems about the same. So, as we close this meeting on spiritual progress I think as long as I'm not as selfish or self-centered as I used to be I'm making progress. Thanks to everyone who shared their experience, strength and hope as we trudge this happy road to destiny. Join me if you will in the Lord's Prayer:
