ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
の日付は 1972/6/30 です。
もう何年も前の暑い夏の日に、神様が私からお酒を取り上げてくれました。お酒は私の最悪の、死に至る習慣でした。それから４年後、神様は私に夫のポールを与えてくださいました、そのため私はそれまで掛け持ちしていた男性関係から引き離されました。結婚して数年が経ち、人生はより大切なものになりました。だから私たちはタバコをやめました。つまり神様は、私のアルコールへの強迫観念を取り除いてくださったのと同時に、 乱れたセックスや、ニコチンへの執着も取り除いてくださったのです。タバコをやめるのは、手放すのが最も難しい習慣でした。やめた後も2年以上は吸いたかったと思います ... そういえば昔はミーティング会場や、仕事中にも吸っていましたよね。二度とタバコを吸わないために、結婚生活を失わないために、そしてもちろん

を失わないために、私はステップを使い、絶えず祈る必要があります。ソーバーになった 1972年以来に私が身につけた唯一の良き習慣は、AAにつながり続けるということ、それと毎日祈ることです。（たとえそんな気分でなくとも、私はミーティングに行くし、神について考え、神に感謝し救いを求めることはやめません）
最近、辛いことが続いていたので、このトピックで皆さんが教えてくれたソーバーでの習慣にとても感謝しています。

My name is Louise, recovered alcoholic, and my sobriety date is June 30, 1972
God separated me from alcohol on a hot summer day many years ago, which was my most deadly habit. Four years later, He brought Paul into my life and hence separated me from multiple men. After being married for a few years, life was becoming more precious, and so we stopped smoking. So, God removed my obsession with alcohol, with being promiscuous, and with nicotine, eventually. Not smoking was the most difficult habit to break. I think that I wanted to smoke for more than 2 years...remember, in the old days we smoked at meetings and at work. I needed to work the Steps and pray constantly as I knew I could never smoke again, unless I wanted to lose my marriage and eventually, probably, my sobriety.The only good habit I acquired since 1972 is that I have never left A.A. and I pray every day (even when I don't feel like it, I still attend meetings and I have never stopped thanking God and asking Him for solace).
I have been going through a rough patch lately and I am grateful for the sober habits that y'all have taught me.
