以前私は、神という言葉を口にするのが恥ずかしく感じていました。それを聞いた誰かをうんざりさせるかもしれないと思ったからです ... でもこれは私の物語だから、もうそんな心配はしていません。メッセージを運ぶことについては ... メッセージは二つあるということです ...
「問題」 - 私は無力であり、力が無いことは間違いなく私のジレンマで、私の人生は手に負えなくなっており、そしてその事実は一生続くということ - 今日一日。
「解決策」- その力を持つ者がいて、それは神であり、今日一日私は、神に従って行動しなければならないということ。「神よ、あなたは今日私に何をさせ、何を言わせたいのですか。私の意志ではなく、あなたの意志が行われますように」というように。

Dear ESH
Thanks Mike for leading us this week. My name is Susan and I am an alcoholic, recovered from a seemingly hopeless state of mind and body and spirit. God separated me from alcohol on 9/1/90 and then the real work began.
I used to be shy about saying the word God, thinking it might turn some people off...but it's my story and I no longer have that concern. As far as carrying the message...the message is two-fold...
Problem - I am powerless, lack of power is certainly my dilemma and my life is unmanageable and these truths are for a lifetime - one day at a time Solution - There is one that has that power and it is God and I must act accordingly one day at a time. Saying, "God what would you have me do and say today, Thy will not mine be done."
All the pages of the Big Book support this notion of problem and solution. Whether I have one day or thousands of days, I have just today to turn my life and will over to my Creator and walk out into this world using the principles and practices as outlined in the program.
Today I have a life second to none and am grateful for the message.
