皆さんとミーティングでご一緒できて、いつもうれしいです。トニー、今週もリードしてくれて、ありがとう。
第１０ステップが必要となるようなことをしでかすと、部屋中に響く大きな声を張り上げるんです。長い時間、その不快な感じに浸っていることはできません。軽率な行動をとったとき、「ペンと舌の抑制（おとなしくしていることの美徳）」がきかなかったとき、体に反応が起こり、自分に欠けていたことを反省し、すぐに、自分が間違っていたことを認められます。おかげさまで、このやり方をするのに、だいぶ上手になりました。

から回復するまでは、まったく知らなかったやり方です。
話は変わります。今度の役割の輪番についてです。長きにわたって、グループの役割をやらせていただき、「経験と力と希望」グループに感謝します。本当に、心より御礼申し上げます。年末に、役割から降りることになっいます。そうなると、１月から、歓迎係（グリーター）と
スポンサーAAプログラムなどを指導してくれる先輩役のメンバー
リスト管理係が、空いてしまいます。新しい方が慣れるまで、陰ながら、お手伝いさせていだくことができます（すぐに、できるようになりますよ。）。とても簡単で、いろいろ言われることのない役割です。ご自身のステップアップにどうでしょう、後悔することはありませんよ。グループは、あなたの力を必要としています。

Hi ESH friends,
It's always good to be with you for a meeting. Thanks, dear Tony, for taking the lead this week.
My gut is the big voice in the room whenever I've acted in a way that calls for Step 10. I just can't sit with those uncomfortable feelings for very long. If/when I know I've acted rashly... failing to use restraint of pen and tongue usually... I feel a physical reaction and I don't wait long to assess where I fell short and admit I acted wrongly. Thankfully, I've made major strides in utilizing that tool... something that was very foreign to me before recovery.
On a separate note, as it relates to the new business of upcoming service position rotations... I want to thank ESH for allowing me quite a few years of serving the group in various roles. It's been an absolute blessing. I also am confirming that I will be stepping down at the end of this year which will leave the Greeter/Sponsor Listkeeper position open beginning January. I can help someone behind the scenes until they get their footing (which won't take much time). It is a very simple and non-demanding service position. Please consider stepping up... you won't regret it! Our group needs you!
