とAAに来た新しい仲間ようこそ。「水に飛び込む」のは結構なことですよ。私の名前は Lin Chamberlain、本物のアルコホリックです。1985年5月20日の最初のミーティング以来ずっとソーバーで、今日もソーバーです。私は本当に感謝しています。今月は本当に面白い月でした...あの...バースデーと共にやってくるレビューとプレビューの時間でした笑 私は正しいことをやっているのだろうか、もっとうまくやれるだろうか、どうすればいいのだろうか。どうすればもっと良くなるのか、もう辞めて火葬場まで這っていく時期なのか...笑。私は最近、ひどく老いて疲れています。1年半にわたる病院と手術の呪縛から奇跡的に生き延び、回復したのですが...こぶのある背中は治ったけれど、まだら（痣？）が残りましたよ笑 私がソーバーになったのは38歳の時でした...38年前です。当時は全く違う Lin (自分自身) で、もっと元気で機能的でした。AAや素晴らしい機能的側面がなければ、今の私はありえないし AAの存在と、多くの

や男性・女性から手本を見せられた素晴らしい

Hello all you ESHr's, Congrats to all those celebrating milestones this week, and welcome to all newbies to ESH or to AA. Hop right on in the water is FINE. My name is Lin Chamberlain and I am truly an alcoholic I am sober today and have been since my first meeting on May 20th 1985 and for that personal miracle I am indeed very grateful. It's been a really interesting month...you know...review and preview time that comes with my anniversaries...lol. Am I doing it right, could I be better, how could I be better, is it time to just quit and go on a crawl off to the crematory... lol...I'm getting awful old and tired lately, although I have miraculously survived and recovered from an 18 month spell of hospitals and surgeries....they put Humpty back together but there are patches showing I am sure. LOL. I was 38 when I got sober...38 years ago....and it was a whole different Lin back then and a much more spry and functional one. There is no way I could be who I am today, and be content with what I have left, and my ever decreasing ability to function, without AA and the awesome program I was painstakingly show by example by so many sponsors and men/women of AA. The thing I have that I am most grateful for is the fact that I have "permanent contented sobriety" I believe that my sobriety MUST be permanent and I am totally content with that fact.
