アルコホリックのスアンです。ありがとう、パム、私たちのミーティングの司会とグループのための
サービスAAの奉仕活動
をしてくれて。
最も私を驚かせたことは、仲間を見つけたことでした。私がしたことに、私のように考え、同じように感じる、ほかの仲間がいたとは知りませんでした。そして、仲間は、ミーティングでとても正直でした。笑いと感謝を見つけたことは、とても素晴らしいことでした。なぜなら、私は何を笑っているか、わからなかったからです。だから、ずっと作り笑いをしていました。
私はまた、自分がどんなに変わったかもわかりませんでした。私のAAについての考えは、私のアルコールを止めてくれることについてだけでした。私は惨めでした。残りの人生に対して、アルコールを止めるために拳を握りしめていました。なぜなら、アルコールが私の問題だと考えていたからです。もちろん、私が問題ではなくて！
しかし、私が見つけたものは、希望、愛、正直さ、笑いでした。それは、変化とともにやってきました。そして本当の仲間も。私が一人でいることを選んだ場合を除いて、もう私は一人でいる必要はありませんでした。
AAは、とてもたくさんのものを与えてくれました。私に与えられたものを返すことは、決してできません。シンプルな道具ですが、簡単ではない人生のための指示書です。私はミーティングに行き続けるでしょう。みんなもミーティングに行き続けて欲しいと思っています。
私は、仲間みんなを愛しています。あなたにできないことはありません。

私たちが問題に巻き込まれたとき、神さまは私たちにそのままでいることを望んでいらっしゃいます。そうすれば、神さまはもつれた結びを解くことができます。

Hi all,
My name is Suanne and I am an alcoholic. Thank you, Pam, for chairing our meeting and for your service to our group.
What surprised me mostly was finding my people. I didn’t know there were other people who thought like me and felt things like I did. And that people were so honest in the meetings. Finding laughter and gratitude was extremely good because I didn’t realize it, but I was fake-laughing for so long.
I also didn’t realize how much I would change. I thought A.A. was all about getting me to stop drinking, I’d be miserable, and white knuckling it for the rest of my life. Because I thought alcohol was my problem, surely not ME!
But what I found was hope, and love, and honesty and laughter, that came along with the changes. And real friends. And that I didn’t have to be alone, except if I chose to be.
A.A. has given me so much and I can never repay what I’ve been given. Simple tools, not easy, but instructions for life. I’m gonna keep coming back, and I sure hope y’all do too.
I love you all and there’s nothing you can do about it! (^^
