が去年の10月に亡くなりました……パッツィ・Fは確かソーバー44年で89歳でした。そして、私の人生はひどく変わりました。今年の1月に、彼女のことが一番必要だったとき、彼女はもういませんでした。それは完璧なタイミングでした……その素晴らしい人生で、彼女はもう役割を果たし終えたのです。そう、彼女はもういなかったんです。私は、長い時間をかけて確かな時間を積んできた何人かの男性の仲間に大いに頼りました。彼らは私が彼らの集まりにこっそり入るのを許しませんでしたが、私を支え続けてくれました。また、ロングソーバーの仲間や、あるいはそれほど長くない仲間たちにも大いに頼りました。そして、35年の仲間の一人が「おい、絶対に嫌だ、俺に頼るなよ」と言いました（笑）。そして先週、40〜45年の2人の仲間が以前から提案してくれていた、いくつかの初歩的な行動を取りましたが、それが驚くほどうまくいきました。道のりがはっきり見えているわけではありませんが、私はその道のりにいます。それは一歩一歩進んでいくプロセスで、足を一歩踏み出すか、ペンを取り紙に向かわせるか、そういったことが始まりです……私の言いたいこと、わかりますよね。変わることを許してくれて、そしてすでに起こった変化に抵抗するのをやめさせてくれてありがとう。

I'm Lin Chamberlain alcoholic and sober since I got here May 20th 1985 and unbelievably grateful for that personal miracle. Thank you Laurie for the topic and celebrating your birthday with us.
WhooppieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeCHANGE. dam it.My sponsor passed last October...Saint Patsy F with 44 I think and 89 years old and my life changed...terribly. In January when I needed her the very worse, she was still gone. And it was perfect timing...cause she was done with anything functional in her wonderful life. But she was gone. I leaned heavily on some guys with good solid time and they didn't let me sneak into their flock but kept me going. I leaned heavily on some of my long term and not so long term pigeons and one with 35 years said OH HELL NO not me. LOL Then this last week I took some preliminary actions that had been suggested some time back by my two buddies with 40-45 yrs and it's amazing how well that worked. Not clear on the path but ON THE PATH so it's a process and it doesn't start till I put one foot in front of the other, or pick up the pen and put it on the paper, or ....you get me. Thank you for letting me change and quit resisting the changes that have already happened.
