一日は始まったばかり…だけど、神さまのご意思なら、完全な
ソブライティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
でいましょう。私は、毎朝祈りの中で、私の
アルコホリズムアルコール依存症のみならず霊的な病
に猶予を与えてください、と神さまに祈ります…そしてそれから、私の1日に戻っていつも通りのことをします。1番最初にすることの一つは、毎朝するのですが、私の
12ステップ12ステッププログラム、回復のため原理、AAの基本プログラム。
委員会のEメールの受信箱をチェックします。そして、誰かが助けを求めていて、それに答える機会があるか確認します（機会 ‐ そして特権 - はいつもそこにあります）。モーニングコーヒーを飲みながら、これを最初にしています…そして頻繫に1日を通してチェックしています。
私は、このグループの一部として奉仕していることが、大好きです…ほとんどの日は、少なくとも一つの分かち合いがあります。そして一週間に一度、対面での
ホームグループAAの中で自分が所属し、活動の拠点となるグループ
のミーティングに行きます。私は
スポンシースポンサー(指導役)から見た弟子、後輩メンバー
と
スポンサーAAプログラムなどを指導してくれる先輩役のメンバー
と連絡を取り合っています。
私は、毎晩神さまに
ソブライティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
のもう一日を感謝して祈っています。
それで、要するに…私は回復の奇跡を常に忘れないように意識しています…絶えず - 夜な夜な。
そして "成長” に関心がある限り…成長は日々の練習で、自然に起こっただけだと思います。このソーバーでいるという旅が始まってから、学んできた基本を理解していくことです…そして霊的な道で、成長する方法を探す努力をしています。
徐々に暖かくなっているフロリダから、平和と愛を...夏がまたやってきます。

To your questions:
How did you stay sober today?
How has your sobriety evolved?
The day is still young.. but God willing, I'll complete it soberly. I start every morning asking Him in prayer to grant me a reprieve of my alcoholism.. and then I move about my day with the usual things. One of the very first things I do each morning is check my 12 Step Committee email Inbox to see if I have the opportunity to answer anyone's call for help (the opportunity - and privilege - is always there). I do this with my morning coffee, first thing... and check frequently throughout the day.
I love being part of this group.. which most days brings at least one share. And once a week I head out to my face to face home group. I stay in touch with my sponsees & sponsor.
I thank God every night for another day of sobriety.
So, in short... I try to stay mindful of this miracle of recovery... day in/day out - night in/night out.
And as far as the "evolution" is concerned.. I think it's just happened organically with day to day practices. I keep up with the basics I've learned since the beginning of this journey... and I try to look for ways to grow on this spiritual path.
