シラフの目線と、ある程度落ち着いた心で人生を見てみることで、より合理的で、トラブルの少ない毎日を送ることができます。書籍「一日二十四時間」の今日9月5日のページの、本日の黙想はこのトピックとうまく重なっています ... 「霊的成長は、私達が生きるために必要不可欠なものである ... 昨日という二十四時間を私が生きてきた結果として、今日の二十四時間は私にとって、より愛と勇気と力に満ちた一日であるよう努めよう ... より良い明日を常に期待しよう。私の中におられる神のスピリット（霊）の力によって、私はより多くの善を行うことができるはずだ。失望することのないように ... 」そして本日の祈りは「より良い生き方に向かって成長させてください。世の中の善に向かう力の一部とさせてください」とあります。

Hello. I’m Pam, a grateful alcoholic. Welcome sobriety celebrants and people new to ESH and/or Alcoholics Anonymous. Happy birthday, Susan. Thank you for leading this week and your service to ESH.
Seeing life through sober eyes and a somewhat calm mind allows for a more rational, less troublesome way to live every day. Today’s page, September 5, in the Twenty-Four Hours a Day book, Meditation for the Day dovetails nicely with the topic…”Spiritual progress is the law of your being. …Today try to be stronger, braver, more loving as a result of what you did yesterday. …Always expect better things ahead. You can accomplish much through the strength of God’s spirit in you. Never be too discouraged. …” And the Prayer for the Day, “I pray that I may keep progressing in the better life. I pray that I may be part of the forces for good in the world.”
That first line of “spiritual progress is the law of being”…progress in something that I had not a clue about in the beginning. The steps, my sponsor, women at Myrtletowne Tuesday night were my guides to finding and feeling deserving of this gift of sobriety. Thank you, Susan. It’s been a mental adventure to explore your topic. (^^
