By the Grace of God and the Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous i'm Tony a recovered alcoholic, grateful to be with you all today Thank You Rick for your lead and thoughts on AA literature, and to all who have shared.
Every piece of AA literature, hasl something I need to maintain my daily spiritual condition. My directory is the Daily Reflections book, Which was gifted to me in April 1991, in my second year of sobriety. At the top of each page is a quotation from the original AA literature source, followed by a personal 'reflection' of an AA member. All three legacies of Recovery, Unity and Service are addressed, by providing references to the original text. For the last two years plus, i have been blessed by attendance at a group, which takes the Daily Reflection for discussion at our weekly meeting.
Each of the three legacies are discussed in sequence, and between meetings I have the opportunity and motivation to continue with the topic, enriching my daily reprieve. Thank You for being here for me again today, trusting that you are Blessed with Serenity and Wisdom.
