にとても感謝をしています！
最近少し疎遠になっていて、そのことをお詫びします。これは「私たち」の
プログラム12ステッププログラム、回復のため原理、AAの基本プログラム。
であることはわかっています。最近参加できなかった言い訳はいくらでもできますが、振り返ってみると、手を差し伸べるのではなく、自分から引きこもってしまっていたことに気付きました。（それに、私は時々怠け者でもあります！）
私の夫の47歳の娘が薬物の過剰摂取で亡くなりました。彼女は何年もリハビリ施設を行ったり来たりしていました。それは私たち（AAメンバー）の多くにとって、よくある話です。彼女の両親はどちらも自分を責めています。
先月、ルイビルで私の大きな教会が主催する3日間のリカバリー・ミニストリーズ・ギャザリング（訳注：依存症からの回復を目指す人々を支援する集まり）に参加しました。それはすべての
12ステップ12ステッププログラム、回復のため原理、AAの基本プログラム。

参加者のためのもので、まさに私が必要としていたものでした。

への感謝の気持ちが溢れています。時々それを認識するのを忘れてしまうこともありますが、時には自分がどこにいるべきかを考え、深く落ち着いた息をつくことがあります。
皆さん、ありがとうございます。そして、私にシェアさせてくれてありがとう。
人生は素晴らしいです。穏やかな日々を過ごし、今起こっていることを受け入れながら、一日一日を大切に生きていきたいと思います！

I'm Nancy and I'm alcoholic and I'm very grateful for AA and my sobriety!
I've been a tad out of touch lately, and, for that I apologize. I know it's a "we" program. I could give you a whole bunch of excuses why I haven't shared lately. In retrospect, I realize that I withdrew instead of reaching out. (And, I am sometimes lazy!)
My husband's 47 year old daughter died of a drug overdose. She's been in and out of many rehabs for many years. It's not an unfamiliar story to many of us. Her parents both blame themselves.
Last month, I attended a 3 day Recovery Ministries Gathering sponsored by my greater church in Louisville. It was for all 12stepers, and was just what I needed.
My gratitude for finding AA and sobriety is overwhelming. Sometimes I forget to acknowledge it, but sometimes I think of where I could be and take a big breath of calm.
Thanks to all of you out there and thanks for letting me share.
Life is good. I'm looking forward to a smooth ride and living in acceptance of what's going on... one day at a time!
