Thanks dave for getting I started this week.
All I can say is thank god it is a we program. If Wasn't for other alcoholics in these rooms making me feel wanted and that I was okay and would be OK I would never have made it. Early on I was told to keep coming back me this alcoholic addict. Then I Was invited to a small women's group whom I remain friends with Is even today. Right after that I was invited to the home group that I still hold in my house today. Some thirty eight years. Between the women's group and the home group. I became accountable. And learned to share and care for others. Even today I can reach out to someone here when I'm having a hard time. Or run to a meeting and share and get the support I need and vice versa. So again thank god it is a we program.
