ご存じない方のために説明すると、
OIAAオンライン・インターグループ
（Online Intergroup of Alcoholics Anonymous）は、アルコホーリクス・アノニマス（AA）のオンライン・インターグループです。対面ではなく、ビデオ、メール、電話など、さまざまな形式でオンラインミーティングを行うグループをサポートしています。

のようなグループは、従来の対面式AAで設定されている地理的な地区・エリア・地域の枠外にありますが、

は、対面以外の方法でミーティングを行い、回復を求める私たちを今後も支援し続けていきます。

IGRフォーラムに参加し、とても有益でした。私がこのグループのIGRとしてまだ始めたばかりの段階で、
OIAAオンライン・インターグループ
の重要性をこれまで以上に感じ、伝統的な対面のミーティングにアクセスできない仲間たちをサポートするために立ち上がり、奉仕をしてくれている仲間たちに非常に感謝しています。

Thank you for allowing me to serve as your OIAA representative this year... here is my report.
For those who do not know, OIAA is the Online Intergroup of Alcoholics Anonymous and services the groups that meet online in all of the different formats not face-to-face...video, email, phone, etc. While groups like ESH are outside the traditional geographic districts, areas and regions that are set up in in-person AA, OIAA has and will continue to serve those of us who want and need to meet and recover in other than in-person.
The OIAA website is
https://aa-intergroup.org/ and is a treasure trove of information not the least of which is a directory of meetings going 24/7 in all different formats and types no matter where you are. Give it a try. If you want to know how you can become a part of and give in service here are some ways:
12th Step Committee (Steppers) * Interested in being on the front lines of helping the still suffering alcoholic?
* Steppers respond to requests for help by sharing their experience, strength and hope and connecting the requestor to resources near them.

Communications Committee (Adhoc) * If you have skills in the following areas, please contact Lesliee at *communications.chair@aa-intergroup.org*
o Making short videos.
o Writing short stories or newsletters.
o Proofreading and editing longer documents.

o Multi-lingual volunteers needed for occasional projects including
'+ Translators (written documents) – German, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese.
'+ Simultaneous Interpreters: American Sign Language (ASL), Chinese, Japanese, German, Russian, Spanish & Portuguese.

Cooperation with the Professional Community (CPC) * Establishing better communication with professionals working with alcoholics.
* Finding simple, effective ways of cooperating without affiliating.

Finance Committee * Financial background not required but familiarity with basic financial literacy is helpful.

Policy & Admissions Committee (PAC) * Process new groups for listing in our OIAA Meeting Directory.
* Help groups regain status in listing and membership.

Public Information Committee (PIC) * Public Information in Alcoholics Anonymous means carrying the message of recovery to the still-suffering alcoholic by informing the general public about the A.A. program.
* The volunteers on the PI committee provide information on Alcoholics Anonymous meetings (online or face-to-face), or for other AA-related questions.

Technology Committee * If you have tech skills and are willing to be a part of a great team, please email*OIAA.Tech@aa-intergroup.org*for more information on how you may be of service. We currently have the following active subcommittees:
o Cloud Services Team: implements and maintains OIAA’s cloud services (Google Workspace) and help support OIAA workspace users.
o Member Directory Team: administers the updates to the OIAA meeting directory with meeting adds and changes.
o Tech Steppers: helps meetings with safety and security information.
o Zoom Events Crew: runs the OIAA workshops, forums and assemblies Zoom rooms.
Unity Committee * The mission and purpose of the Unity Committee is to encourage the exchange of online A.A. group experiences among the vast online A.A. group community, which can help them in their shared goal of spreading the A.A. message to the alcoholic online who is still suffering. The Unity Committee organizes the OIAA Online International Convention.

I attended the last OIAA IGR Forum on 1/25/25 and it was very informative. While I was just getting my feet wet as your IGR I felt more than ever the importance of the OIAA and extremely grateful that there have been those willing to stand up and serve those who cannot access AA in the traditional in-person meetings.
