？ほとんど全て、その通りですね！実はね、 平穏な気分でないときはいつも......自分のせいなのですよ。それは日常生活でステップや原理を実践するのを怠っている時なのです。あるいは自分ではどうしようもないおかしな世界を長く見つめすぎているとか。私はたいてい、（穏当な）代替案を思い出すだけで、自分を取り戻すことができます。そういうことが少なくなってきているのを神様に感謝します。それよりも、時間をかけて学んだ霊的道具を手に取る方がずっといいです。他の方法は痛すぎるのです。

は想像していたようなものではありませんでした。時に、私は最初のミーティングのドアを開けた自分、その中を覗いて、神様に与えられたこの
プログラム12ステッププログラム、回復のため原理、AAの基本プログラム。
の結果として、自分がどんな人物になったかを思い描くことが出来ます。もしかしたら私は、私は振り返って会場の外に出たかもしれません。そうだったとしたら私は途方にくれて、きっと退屈でつまらない人生だと思っていただろうだったと確信しています。明らかに、それ以上の真実はなかったことでしょう。神様と、AAの兄弟姉妹に感謝します！

Hi ESH friends,
It's a treat to be with you for another meeting this week. Thanks, Suanne, for your service to our great group...
Ahhhh...contented sobriety? I'd say, for the most part, yes! Actually, whenever I'm not feeling peaceful ... it's of my own doing. That's when I am slacking off with applying the Steps and principles in my daily life. Or I gaze too long at the wacky world which is out of my control. I usually only have to remember the alternative (keeping it green) to get me back on the beam. Thank God those times are fewer and farther between. I'd much rather pick up the tools I've learned over time. The other way is too painful.
Sobriety turns out to be nothing like I'd imagined. Sometimes I can visualize myself opening the door to that first meeting... looking inside and seeing the person I'd become as a result of this God-given program. I think I might have turned around and walked out. As lost as I was, I'm pretty sure I would have thought it was a boring or trite life... and obviously, nothing could have been further from the truth. Thanks be to God.. and my AA brothers and sisters!
