それはつまり、自分本位という束縛から解き放たれて（時々また縛られる瞬間はあるけれど、以前よりはずっと頻繁に解放されて）、他の人とつながることができるということ。友人になったり、母になったり、恋人や隣人、地域の一員、そして世界市民になったりすることができるということです。
私は今日という一日を、他の人たちと共に、誠実に、そして存分に生きることができるのです ―― ワォ。
今日という日に目を向けよ！

Quickly in a few words (moi?).
Wishing for death and drinking was a waste of life. Sobriety and AA have given me a life beyond any dream of mine. I can be me!
That means I can relate to others, released from the bondage of self (moments here and there but frequently), becoming a friend or a mother or a lover or a neighbor or a community member or a citizen of the world.
I can live fully and responsibly in this day, with others - wow.
Look to this day! For it is Life, the very Life of Life.
