アルコホーリクのスアンです。今週のミーティングの司会をしてくれたマイク、ありがとう。そして、マイルストーン（バースデー）を迎えられた仲間の皆さん、おめでとうございます。
皆さんのシェアを読むのを楽しませてもらいました。私たちは皆、奇跡であり、そして神に選ばれてメッセージを運ぶ者だと私は信じています。奇跡というのは、私の場合、今朝目覚めたときに酒を欲しいとも、どうやって酒を避けようかとも思わなかったことです。頭をよぎりさえしませんでした。これは、毎日隠れて飲んでは記憶を失っていた酒飲みだった私にとって、まさに奇跡です。私たちは選ばれたのです。なぜなら、誰にもできないときに、他ののアルコホーリクを助けることができるからです。

Hi all,
My name is Suanne and I am an alcoholic. Thank you, Mike, for leading our meeting this week and congratulations to those celebrating milestones.
I have enjoyed reading everyone's shares. I believe we are all miracles and chosen by God to carry the message. A miracle, because for me I didn't wake up this morning craving a drink or wondering how I was going to stay away from it. It didn't even cross my mind. That's a miracle coming from a daily closet blackout drinker. We are chosen because we can help another alcoholic when no one else can.
I have been praying a great deal about doing God's will and asking for Him to use me in whatever way. I continue to be willing. Just last week, I received a note from a girl I used to sponsor who had some really bad health issues and getting worse. She changed groups and was doing really well. But her health issues happened. It was such a joy to be able to reach out to her and help her. We have a small group of ladies who read the big book together each week and she's planning to start with us tomorrow with her current assignment. She had 10 years clean and sober, but the doctors felt she needed the meds more so and they would help her with her sobriety. Well, things don't always go as planned. But, I was absolutely thrilled that she reached out to me.
Not only do we get to keep our sobriety by carrying the message, I receive so much joy in helping others. So I believe this was an answer to a prayer. Miracles do happen every day!
