仲間の皆さんこんばんは。
アルコホーリクのデボラです。私が分かち合いたいパラドックス（逆説）は、それを保つためには手放さなければならない、ということです。
いくつかの障害のために、私はしばらくの間
ホームグループAAの中で自分が所属し、活動の拠点となるグループ
に通うことができませんでした。ところが、新しい医療提供者が看護師の研修についての話をしてくれました。彼らは視野を広げるために、どのようなグループを訪問するか選ぶ機会が与えられたそうです。彼女とその友人はAAを選びました。彼女はそれを “AAのクラス” と呼びましたが、私たちは “ミーティング” と呼んでいます。彼女は、このグループがどれほど素晴らしく、学び多く、仲間たちがどれほど親切に歓迎してくれたかを話してくれました。
それで彼女が私に言うんです。“もしあなたが行きたいなら、私も一緒に（AAに）行きたい” って。これはちょっと工夫が必要です。私は耳が聞こえないので、スマートフォンで音声を文字に変換して使っています。一番前の席に座れば、分かち合いの大部分を読むことができるでしょうし、その後は、看護師のパトリシア（祝福された存在です）が、仲間たちのシェアを静かに繰り返してくれるので、それを読めばいいんです。さて、この私の話の中で “与えている” 人は誰でしょう？ “保っている” 人は誰でしょう？“メッセージを運んでいる” 人は誰でしょう？みんながお互いに奉仕をしあっているんです。このすべてが、私の人生における奇跡であり、そして仲間の皆さんもまた奇跡なのです。
幸せな運命への道を、しっかりと歩んでいきましょう。

Good evening all,
My name is Deborah w and I am an alcoholic. The paradox I would like to share on is we have to give it away to keep it
Because of several disabilities I have not been able to go to my home group for quite some time.. however my new healthcare provider shared a story about nurses training and they were given choices to which kind of group they would visit to broaden their perspective. She and her friend chose AA. She calls them AA classes, while we call them meetings. She told me how wonderful how enlightening she found this group and how kind people were to her how welcoming.
So she sez to me she sez if you want to go I want to go with you. This will take some maneuvering. As a deaf person I use speech to text on my phone . We could get right up to the top table so I could read quite a bit and after that Patricia my RN Blessing says she could repeat the shares quietly so I could read them. Now who here in my story is giving it away? And who here is keeping it? And who here is carrying the message? Everyone is in service to each other. All this is a miracle in my life, as are all of you.
