を新鮮に保つ」ということについて、あまり考えたことがありませんでした。これが「グリーン（新鮮）」にあたるのかどうかわかりませんが、私がしていることを挙げてみますね。
ホームグループAAの中で自分が所属し、活動の拠点となるグループ
の月例バースデーミーティングに参加すること、
ESHExperience, Strength, and Hope - 経験と力と希望グループ
（経験・力・希望）の投稿を読んだりシェアしたりすること、月曜日の対面ミーティングに時々出ること、ほぼ毎日『一日二十四時間』の本を読むこと。部屋を見渡せば、本棚に『
ビッグブックビッグブック・AAの基本テキスト（書籍）
』、『ビルはこう思う』、『リビング・ソーバー』が並んでいるのが目に入ります。そして、毎日感謝の気持ちを持つこと。最後のあの日――離脱症状を避けるために血中アルコール濃度を保とうと必死に飲んでいた、あの飲んでいた頃の最後の日、そして、訪れた破滅――を思い出すことです。これらの出来事を書き出してみると、 「私たちがやったことをいくつか書いてみよう…」(

Hello. Pam, an alcoholic who is grateful to be at this meeting. Congratulations to sobriety celebrants and welcome to people new to this group. Thank you, Duane. Until you posed the topic, I hadn’t given much thought to keeping my “sobriety green.” Not sure if this/these qualify as “green,” but here goes… attending home group monthly birthday meeting, sharing and reading ESH posts, occasionally attending a Monday f2f meeting, reading the 24-Hour book most every day, looking across the room and seeing the Big Book, As Bill Sees It, and Living Sober on the shelf, daily being/feeling grateful, remembering that last day, that last drink day to maintain blood alcohol level to prevent withdrawal…and the inevitable crash. Listing these occurrences reminds me of “here are the methods we have tried… (^^ .” Color me green as no matter how many years, each day is new. I am so grateful for being given this program, the 12 steps are my guide for living. Thank you, Duane, for posing the topic. Stay well everyone. Peace…
