ナンシー、「いま人生で何が起きているのか、頭の中では何を考え、そしてとりわけ心の中では何が起きているのか。シラフであることは、すべてのことの土台になっていますか？“奇跡”としてのあなたは、今この瞬間、どんな状態で、何をしていますか？」というテーマをありがとうございます。
つい先ほど、新しく来た男性の仲間と Zoom で1対1のミーティングを終えたところです。「ビルの物語」を一緒に読み進めていました。私は、切実にそれを必要としていて、かつそれを受け取る意思のある人たちに、私がAAのメッセージだと信じているものを届けるために、できることに多くの時間を使っています。私の活動の多くは、Zoomでのミーティングや

をしています。正直なところ、この新しい生き方を与えられた人が、それを他の人に手渡そうとしない理由が、私にはなかなか理解できません。もちろん、私たちはそれぞれ自分の生きたいように生きる人生を持っていますが、同時に私は、

とAAの歴史、そして仲間のミーティングに頼れなかった人たちが、どうやってシラフになり、それを保ってきたのかも知っています。私は比較的早い段階で、「誰もが私の先生だ」ということを教えられたことに感謝しています。ある人は、何をすべきかを教えてくれ、またある人は、何をすべきでないかを教えてくれるのです。
AAの初期の（ほんの一部ではない）メンバーたちがわざわざ手間を惜しまずにメッセージを他者に運び、AAが成長するように尽力し、自分たちがしてきたことを書き残し、しかも「ハイヤー・パワー」の話で新しく来た人が気を悪くするかもしれない、などとは気にしていなかったことに、私は感謝しています。AAがいつから新しい人に「欲しいものだけ取って、あとは捨てればいい」などと言うようになったのだろう、と考えることもあります。まあ……私にできるのは、日々導かれていると感じることを、そのまま行うことだけです。長年

Welcome to anyone who is new or relatively new to AA or to ESH...I hope you find here what I and many others have found, a way of living which works. Congratulations to any and all celebrating an AA milestone {{{Nancy!!!}}}!
Thanks Nancy for your topic of "What's going on in your life, and in your head, and especially in your heart? Is sobriety part of everything? How are you, as a MIRACLE, doing right this minute? What are you doing?".
Well I just got off of a Zoom 1 on 1 with a new man, going over "Bill's Story". I spend a lot of time doing what I can to carry what I believe is the AA message to those who desperately need it, and are willing to do it. Much of what I do is on Zoom with meetings and sponsorship, but I also attend a couple of local meetings and sponsor in person. Truthfully I have a hard time understanding why someone who was given this new way of life isn't willing to pass it on to others. I know that every one of us has their own life to live in the way they want to live it, but I also know the history of alcoholism and AA and what worked for those who couldn't rely on fellowship meetings to get and stay sober. I'm thankful that I was taught relatively early on that everyone is my teacher...some teach me what to do, and others what not to do.
I'm grateful that the early members (not just a few) went out of their way to carry the message to others so AA could grow, wrote down what they had done, and didn't seem to worry if a new prospect would be offended by talk of a Higher Power. I wonder when AA's started to say things like "Take what you want, and leave the rest" to new people. Oh well...all I can do is what I've been led to do on a daily basis. I remember hearing one of long time ESH members Louise say that AA is not a popularity contest. Thank you for that gem Louise...it's helped me many times over the years!
Of course this has just been my experience... yours may be different.
