真実を言えば、もし完璧な人が存在するなら、その人は私たちのような不完全な人間よりも多くのネガティブな思考を抱えているかもしれません。
思考とは、心の呼吸のプロセスのようなものです。
ネガティブな思考とは、健全に回復したシラフの脳が行う呼吸のプロセスのようなものです。私たちは誰もがそれを経験しますが、アルコールに溺れていたときは、暗い思考を吐き出さず、アルコールで隠そうとしていました。
その投稿の著者が取った行動は、比喩的に言えば、新鮮で霊的に満たされた思考を吸い込み、それによって私たち一人ひとりが、うまくいっていることや健全で前向きなことに意識を向け、それを他の人と分かち合うことができる、という行為に相当します。
奇妙な逆説のようですが、ネガティブな思考は、ポジティブな思考や行動に集中し、それを他者と分かち合うためのインスピレーションになっているのです。

Great topic I was inspired by one line in a great share.. to reply with my outlook which I hasten to add could be totally wacko.. but it makes sense to me.
The comment went like this " Today I woke up with some negative thinking - down on myself for not being better - not being perfect."
Here is the truth Perfect people if they exist would perhaps experience more negative thinking then us imperfect specimens.
Thoughts are the process of breathing for the mind.
Negative thoughts are the process of breathing out in a healthy recovered sober brain We all get them but with booze we did not exhale the dark thoughts and tried to hide them with booze!
The actions taken by the author were the metaphoric equivalent Of breathing in fresh spiritually full thoughts that allow each of us to focus on what is working and what is healthy and positive and then share that with others
In a bizarre twist, Negative thoughts are the inspiration of focusing on positive thoughts and action and sharing that with others
