アルコホーリクス・アノニマス（AA）の Experience, Strength and Hope（）ミーティング、2026年3月のビジネスミーティングへようこそ。

アルコホーリクのゲイリーです。今回、このミーティングの司会を務めるという名誉を与えられました。皆さんがここにいてくださることに感謝します。そして仲間の皆さんの参加を歓迎します。このミーティングのフォーマットと進め方は、昨年12月にリックが使ったものをもとにしています。もしその形式を変更したい場合は、議題として提案してください。

私は、今月に入ってからだいたい1週間ほど待ちました。その頃には、通常であれば各担当者からレポートが提出されるだろうと思ったからです。（もし私の思い込みが間違っていたら、どうか訂正してください。）

ミーティングは通常、まず黙想のひとときを持ち、続いて「平安の祈り」を唱えることから始めます。

神様、私にお与えください。自分に変えられないものを受け入れる落ち着きを、変えられるものは変えていく勇気を、そして二つのものを見分ける賢さを。

AAのはこの共同体そのものの生命に関するものである。伝統は、AAが一体性を保ち、周囲の社会とのかかわりをもち、存続し、成長を続ける手段を述べている。(12&12 日本語版 p21)

1. 優先されなければならないのは、全体の福利である。個人の回復はＡＡの一体性にかかっている。
2. 私たちのグループの目的のための最高の権威はただ一つ、グループの良心のなかに自分を現される、愛の神である。私たちのリーダーは信頼されたしもべであって、支配はしない。個人の回復はＡＡの一体性にかかっている。
3. ＡＡのメンバーになるために必要なことはただ一つ、飲酒をやめたいという願いだけである。
4. 各グループの主体性は、他のグループまたはＡＡ全体に影響を及ぼす事柄を除いて、尊重されるべきである。
5. 各グループの本来の目的はただ一つ、いま苦しんでいるアルコホーリクにメッセージを運ぶことである。
6. ＡＡグループはどのような関連施設や外部の事業にも、その活動を支持したり、資金を提供したり、ＡＡの名前を貸したりすべきではない。金銭や財産、名声によって、私たちがＡＡの本来の目的から外れてしまわないようにするためである。
7. すべてのＡＡグループは、外部からの寄付を辞退して、完全に自立すべきである。
8. アルコホーリクス・アノニマスは、あくまでも職業化されずアマチュアでなければならない。ただ、センターのようなところでは、業務に従事する人を雇うことができる。
9. ＡＡそのものは決して組織化されるべきではない。だがグループやメンバーに対して直接責任を担う機関や委員会を設けることはできる。
10. アルコホーリクス・アノニマスは、外部の問題に意見を持たない。したがって、ＡＡの名前は決して公の論争では引き合いに出されない。
11. 私たちの広報活動は、宣伝よりもひきつける魅力に基づくものであり、公のレベルでの文字、音声、映像においては、私たちはつねに無名にとどまる必要がある。
12. 無名であることは、私たちの伝統全体の霊的な基礎である。それは各個人よりも原理を優先すべきことを、つねに私たちに思い起こさせるものである。

運営に関するガイドライン

1. ミーティングが始まった後は、現在議題に上がっている項目に関する投稿のみが認められます。これは、メインのメーリングリストでその日のトピックについての投稿だけが許されているのと同じです。
2. 議題に関係のない質問やコメント、動議の提案などは、ビジネスモデレーター（進行役）宛てに個別のメールで送ってください。そうすることで、混乱を最小限に抑えることができます。
3. 議題に挙げられた項目については、いったん提示された後は、投稿についての対話や直接の返信が認められます。
4. ビジネスミーティングに関する連絡や投稿は、esh-business@mylist.net 宛てに送ってください。

Hi all.

Welcome to the March 2026 business meeting of the Experience Strength and Hope (ESH) meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous.

My name is Gary and I am an alcoholic and I have been given the honor of chairing this meeting. Thank you all for being here, and I welcome your participation. I have taken the format and structure of the meeting from Ricks version last December. If we want to change that format, please raise it as an agenda item

I waited until one week into the month (roughly) as I thought the reports would normally be presented by the various service members during that time. (please correct me if I have made a wrong assumption)

It is customary to start the meeting with a moment of silence followed by The Serenity Prayer.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.

From the Forward to the *Twelve and Twelve"
A.A.'s Twelve Traditions apply to the life of the fellowship itself. They outline the means by which A.A. maintains its unity and relates itself to the world about it, the way it lives and grows

*The Twelve Traditions*

1. Our common welfare should come first; personal recovery depends upon AA unity.
2. For our group purpose there is but one ultimate authority - a loving God as he may express himself in our group conscience. Our leaders are but trusted servants; they do not govern.
3. The only requirement for A.A. membership is a desire to stop drinking.
4. Each group should be autonomous except in matters affecting other groups or A.A. as a whole.
5. Each group has but one primary purpose - to carry its message to the alcoholic who still suffers.
6. An A.A. group ought never endorse, finance or lend the A.A. name to any related facility or outside enterprise, lest problems of money, property and prestige divert us from our primary purpose.
7. Every A.A. group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions.
8. Alcoholics Anonymous should remain forever non-professional, but our service centers may employ special workers.
9. A.A., as such, ought never be organized; but we may create service boards or committees directly responsible to those they serve.
10. Alcoholics Anonymous has no opinion on outside issues; hence the A.A. name ought never be drawn into public controversy.
11. Our public relations policy is based on attraction rather than promotion; we need always maintain personal anonymity at the level of press, radio and films.
12. Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our Traditions, ever reminding us to place principles before personalities.

1. Once the meeting has begun, only posts about the current item on the floor are in order, similar to the main list where only the Topic of the day is permitted.
2. All off topic questions or comments, introductions of motions etc.. should be directed by private email to the Business Moderator. This keeps the confusion to a minimum.
3. When posting about an item on the agenda, once introduced, Dialogue or direct responding to posts is permitted.
4. Business meeting correspondence should be posted to esh-business@mylist.net.
