リストの依頼もありませんでした。
この役割については、すでにボランティアの申し出があったのを見たように思います。引き継ぎについては、喜んでお手伝いします。

I have volunteered to take on the position of Sponsorship List Keeper starting in March, and it seems that I will be serving in that role. (If I’m mistaken about that, please let me know.)
I would appreciate learning about the responsibilities of the Sponsorship List Keeper and arranging the transfer of the current list you maintain. It might be better to discuss the details directly rather than on this mailing list.

I’m not certain if this would be new or old business at this point, but I wanted to report that I have turned over the welcome letter as well as the sponsor lists to Chuck S.
