少し前に、のメールが届かないという経験をしたので、ちょっとだけ口を挟ませてください。

グループのリストサーバーを確認したところ、Jeff の登録には特に異常は見当たりませんでした。メーリングリストとビジネスリストの両方をチェックしました。

私の場合に分かったのは、自分のメールアプリ（私の場合は Outlook）で、 を「安全な送信者（safe senders）」のリストに追加する必要があったということです。どういうわけか最近、 からのメールの一部がはね返される（受信できない）ようになっていました（すべてではありませんが）。セキュリティ設定で をそのリストに追加したところ、その問題は解決したようです。

もし他にも何か分かる方がいれば、ぜひ共有してください。

Jeff is not getting his emails from ESH. Or he told me he hadn't received the last two week meetings. I was able to forward him this week's meeting, but would the list keeper (I'm not sure who that is right now) be able to research his issue?

Hi Suanne,

I will jump in as I have some recent experience of not receiving ESH emails.

On the group list server, I see nothing out of the ordinary in Jeff's subscription. Have checked both the mailing list and the business list.

What I found in my case is that I had to go into my own email (Outlook in my case) and add ESH to the list of "safe senders". For some reason recently, it started bouncing some of the messages from ESH (but not all). Adding ESH to that list in the security settings seemed to have resolved the issue.

If anyone else has any other knowledge, please share!
