の資金を新しい会計担当に引き継ぐ手配がすでに整っているということをお伝えしておきます。
小切手は本日発送し、今週中には彼のもとに届く予定です。また、この期間の支払い義務および今後に関する詳細も、あわせて引き継がれます。
これまでお役に立てたことを光栄に思いますし、円滑でスムーズな引き継ぎになることを楽しみにしています。

を退任します。このミーティングを支えてくださっている皆さん、役割を受け持ってくださる仲間たち、そして裏方で働いてくださっているすべての仲間に感謝したいと思います。この2年半、
セクレタリAAグループの実務担当者
として奉仕できたことは私にとって喜びでした。楽しくてシンプルな仕事でした。大きなミスは2回くらいだったと思います。ひとつは、ピーターが2人いるとは知らずに、2人のピーターを同じ時間にダブルブッキングしてしまったこと。もうひとつは、ミーティングをトニーに引き継いだ週に起きたことです。トニーはさすがプロらしく対応してくれましたが、あれは私のミスで、彼に調整してもらうことになりました。私はトニーのことをとても信頼しており、彼が素晴らしい仕事をしてくれると確信しています。皆さんは本当に素晴らしく、この素敵なグループの一員でいられることを嬉しく思います。

Sounds good to me. As we are closing the March meeting, I do want to note, as your outgoing treasurer, that arrangements have been made to turn the ESH funds over to our new trusted servant.
The check is going in the mail today and should arrive to him this week, along with all the particulars regarding payment of our obligations for this period and moving forward.
It has been an honor to serve, and I look forward to a simple and easy transition.

Hi all,
My name is Suanne and I am an alcoholic, and also your outgoing secretary. I want to thank all of you who keep our meetings going, the trusted servants and everyone behind the scenes who do the work. It has been my pleasure to serve the last 2.5 years as your secretary. It was a fun and simple job to do. I think I only had two big mistakes: one when I had two Peters double scheduled because I didn't know we had two Peters. And the other happens to be the week I turned the meeting over to Tony. Tony handled it like the pro that he is but it was my fault and he had to straighten it out. I feel very confident in Tony and know he will do a great job. You all are the best and I am happy to be a part of this wonderful group.
