の仲間の皆さん、こんにちは。そしてゲイリー、すばらしいテーマをありがとうございます。興味深く『The Keys of the Kingdom（王国の鍵）』(※) を読み返しました。
回復したアルコホーリクのロバートです。私自身、AA
プログラム12ステッププログラム、回復のため原理、AAの基本プログラム。
から「漂流した」と思うことはこれまで一度もありません。
なので、今回は以下の問いかけに焦点を当てたいと思います：
「皆さんはどのようにしてAAとのつながりや、
ソブラエティ神様・ハイヤーパワーとつながり、お酒を飲まない生活
全般とのつながりを維持していますか？」
私には
ホームグループAAの中で自分が所属し、活動の拠点となるグループ
があり、そこで
サービスAAの奉仕活動
をしています。また、英語・フランス語・スペイン語の3言語が使われるエリア87（カナダ/モントリオール周辺地域）のミーティングでは、英仏通訳としても
サービスAAの奉仕活動
をしています。
ソーバーになって38年になりますが、今でも週に5〜6回ミーティングに出席しており、そのうち1回はオンラインです。そして、モントリオールを離れてカナダ国内や海外へ旅行する際には、訪れた先の町でミーティングに参加するようにしています。ケベック・シティや、オタワ、ガティノー、トロント、モンクトンなど、どこであってもです。
国外でも、アメリカ、ブラジル、メキシコ、ドイツ、イングランド、アイルランド、スウェーデン、フランスでAAミーティングに参加してきました。"心からの言葉" は世界共通であり、私が回復に意識を向け続ける助けになっています。そのうえ、私は行く先々で仲間をつくることができるのです。

Greetings Eshers, and thank you Gary for the excellent topic. I re-read with interest the story "The Keys of the Kingdom".
I'm a recovered alcoholic and my name is Robert. I don't think I have ever "drifted" from the AA programme.
So I shall concentrate on the question:
> "How do you maintain your connection with AA and overall sobriety ?"
I have a home group, I do service at my home group and as an English-French interpreter at Area 87 assemblies, which is a trilingual area (French, English and Spanish).
After 38 years sober I still attend 5 to 6 meetings a week, one of which is online. And if I'm away from Montreal and travel either in Canada or abroad, I try to attend a meeting in the town I'm visiting, whether it's Quebec City, Ottawa, Gatineau, Toronto, or Moncton.
And abroad I also attended AA meetings in the US, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, England, Ireland, Sweden and France. The "language of the heart" is universal and keeps me focused on my recovery. Plus I make friends everywhere.
I have a sponsor and I sponsor a few AA members. And I attend this international ESH list.
As the lady who wrote The Keys of the Kingdom says, "There is no more aloneness [...]. Now there is a sense of belonging, of being wanted and needed and loved."
I have a blood family and I have an AA family.
