私は、
OIAAオンライン・インターグループ
代表としての役割を退かせていただきたく、このメールを書いています。
すでに私の
ホームグループAAの中で自分が所属し、活動の拠点となるグループ
やAA Breakfast Clubで引き受けている
サービスAAの奉仕活動
の責任に加えて、仕事や私生活でもいろいろなことが重なっていて、この役割をこのグループにとってふさわしい形で果たすための時間を、私はどうしても確保できないと分かりました。この役割に必要な形で責任を果たせないのに、このまま担当し続けるのは適切ではないと思います。
誤解のないように言っておきたいのですが、私はこのグループを抜けるわけではありません。これからも
ESHExperience, Strength, and Hope - 経験と力と希望グループ
の一員であり続け、毎週のミーティングにも参加し続けます。ただ、この役割だけは、時間のある誰かに引き継いで、その人に役割を引き受けていただきたいのです。
仲間の皆さんが、私を信頼してこの役割を任せてくださったことに感謝しています。このグループのさらなる発展を心から願っていますし、これからもその一員でいられることに感謝しています。

ビジネス・メーリングリストの仲間の皆さんへの補足です：
私は最近までインターグループ代表（Intergroup Rep）を務めていて、新しい仲間がボランティアとして手を挙げられるように、必要であればその人をサポートしたり、助言したりできる立場として、代表代理（alternate）になることを申し出ました。私は代表の役割を引き継いで続けることはできませんし、新しい人にこの役割を引き渡さずに私が担当することは健全ではないと思っています。そのため、この役割のポジションを募集する必要があります。ただし、必要であれば、私は引き続き代表代理として、新しい代表を支え、励ましていくつもりです。

Hi everyone,
I’m writing to ask to be relieved of my duties as
our OIAA rep.
Between the service commitments I already have
inside my home group, the AA Breakfast Club,
and everything going on in my professional and
personal life, I’ve found that I just don’t have
the time to give this position a fair shot at
what it deserves for this group. It wouldn’t be
right to keep holding it when I can’t show up
for it the way the role needs.
I want to be clear that I’m not going anywhere.
I’ll stay part of ESH and keep showing up for
our weekly meetings. I just need to hand off
this particular responsibility so someone with
the time can carry it forward.
Thank you all for the trust you placed in me.
I wish the group nothing but the best, and
I’m grateful to remain a part of it.

Good morning. Thank you, Allan, for your honest communication. All will be well.
Note for Biz folk: I have recently been the Intergroup Rep, and volunteered to be the alternate, in order to encourage someone new to volunteer, to mentor, if needed. I cannot step up to the rep position, and think it is an unhealthy move not to turn the reigns over to someone new. Thus the position needs to be advertised, with me still on board to support and encourage any new rep., if necessary.
