「経験と力と希望」グループのミーティングは、次のような流れになっています。チェアマンが、その週のテーマを選定します。グループメンバーは、誰でも、そのテーマについて分かち合いをできます。グループ全体への投稿を少なくするため、個人的なメッセージは、その人宛に直接にお送りくださるよう、お願いします。
分かち合いは、アルコホーリクからの回復に関連したものとしてください。ミーティングは、東部標準時間午前0時に開始します。投稿は、翌週土曜日の夜11:59までにお願いします。
メンバーの皆さんは、ぜひ、年に１度のソーバーデーを共有してください。「自分たちがいつもどんなふうだったか、そして何が起こって、いまどうなっているのか」、お話しください。

WELCOME TO THE ESH WEEKLY MEETING
The structure of an ESH meeting is that the chairperson selects a topic for the week and anyone in the group has the option to share on that topic. In order to keep the postings to a minimum for the entire group, we suggest that personal messages be sent directly to that person and not via the Group.
Comments should be closely related to recovery from alcoholism. "The ESH meeting will begin no earlier than Sunday morning anytime after midnight EST and members are requested to post their shares no later than the following Saturday night at 11:59 PM EST."
All members are encouraged to share their A.A. anniversary on their annual sobriety date. Tell the group what your life was like before AA, what happened, and what it's like today.

Good evening ESH Grouo. My name is Lin Chamberlain and I am an alcoholic. I am sober by God’s Grace and with your help since my first meeting on May 20th 1985. For that personal miracle, I’m truly grateful. When I stepped up for the secretary job I was thrilled to have my birthday week available. This program is the skeleton that holds my life together and it is so very important to me personally. The steps, the principles, the relationships that are a huge part of my life are very important to me personally as well. When I got to AA I couldn’t imagine that. I couldn’t imagine being a part of and allowing myself to be known as if I didn’t need to hide who, what I am, or even some of the strange mental twists that invade my thinking occasionally. I’ve learned not to be scared of you knowing me through the years and that really came from working with lots of people and my secrets getting in the way of my usefulness to God and others. And if my real purpose is to fit myself to be of maximum service to God and others…anything that interferes has to go. So if my sobriety and recovery are the most important thing in my life… if I want to continue to have one…then I step up…whether it is addressing newcomers at each meeting, stepping up for service jobs that are far beyond my comfort zone, or simply showing up to meetings to support the group. So the topic for this week is please share your experience with how your journey has been in being of maximum service to God and others and the benefits you have found in that. The meeting is now open for shares and will continue till midnight next Saturday night.
