Thanks Mark for getting us started this week. The core of the program
for me is surrendering not only my alcoholism but also all those
negative thoughts that keep racing through my mind to a higher power
whom I choose to call God. Over the years I have learned that faith and
trust are the two most vital parts of my program. I used to use the
group as a higher power but when I started working full-time and you
guys weren't there I needed to turn to God. It has been proven to me
through my life experiences that every time God has been there for me.
